The Uvalde de las Encinas Chapter of the National Daughters of the American Revolution will meet for their regular monthly program in El Progreso Room. This will be the anniversary of Women's Suffrage and will foster a special Parade of Hats worn by DAR members through the library rotunda area at 10:30am.
